How long does a laser tag game last?
The games of laser tag last about 15 minutes. There is also a "briefing session" before you play the  game that takes about 5 minutes.

How old do you have to be to play laser tag?
The vest and gun attachment weigh about 10 lbs. The requirement is that you must be able to carry the gun and vest at least 10 minutes

Do you have to have a reservation to play laser tag?
No - We do not take reservations for laser tag games. We require that you sign in once you are ready to play.

How many people are playing laser tag at one time?
We take as many as 40 people and as little as 2 people in one single game.

Can we play laser tag with only our group and nobody else?
Normally, no - however on occasions exceptions might be made.

GO CART QUESTIONS

How old do you have to be to drive the Go Carts?
The requirement for the go carts is that each person driving must be no less than 4'8" tall. If you are going to be the driver in a two-seater go cart then you must be at least 16 years of age. These rules are strictly enforced to protect the safety of our guests.

How long are the Go Cart rides?
Each ride on the go carts lasts for a period of 5 or 6 minutes

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

How late are you open?
We stay open until at least 12am every night. In our peak season there are many nights we are open until after 1am.

Where are you located?
We are located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge directly in between traffic lights numbered 3 & 4. We sit directly across from The Comedy Barn. Click on the Map button for further information.

Do you give local discounts?
Yes - our local discount is $2 off each individual ticket.

GROUP & PARTY QUESTIONS:

How far in advance should I book my reservation?
We will accept any reservation as long as it is made at least one week prior to the arrival date. We prefer that you make your reservation as soon as possible as there are certain times of the year that tend to book much faster than others.

Is my deposit refundable?
Yes if you cancel your reservation in the proper time frame we will refund the deposit. Our cancellation period is at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

Are there any locker rooms?
No - we do not offer locker rooms. Any loose items (backpacks, purses, coats, etc.) will need to be left in your vehicle.

Do you have bus parking?
Yes - once you arrive you will find it around the side of the facility building.

How early do we need to arrive?
You should arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to take care of payment & receive your armbands. Birthday party guests should check with our staff in advance if they expect to arrive early.

What happens if we have more or less people in our party or group than we reserved for?
You will need to notify us immediately as we must make sure to have our staff prepared and this allows us to make th necessary changes that we need to make in order to operate our facility to the absolute best of our ability.

Who will be playing in my laser tag games?
We offer open sessions and take up to 40 players per each game. Birthday parties and non-private groups will be playing with other groups as well as our walk-in guests.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes - if you have the birthday party room reserved you are welcome to bring in any items that you like. Groups are able to do the same, however these items will need to stay in your vehicle until ready to use.

Do you offer cakes for the parties?
No - we do not offer cakes, however you are more than welcome to bring in your own cake.
